Gus is an experienced trial lawyer with a nearly 20 year career dealing with complex commercial disputes. His focus is on contract disputes, construction litigation, shareholder remedies, bankruptcy and insolvency law and injury cases. Gus acts for high-end clients including premium finance lenders, national construction companies, energy companies, bankruptcy trustees and closely-held corporations. Gus has extensive trial and court-room experience and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as in administrative tribunals. He is a member of the Model Order Subcommittee of the Commercial List Users Committee, a past vice-chair of the Insolvency Section of the Ontario Bar Association and is a proud graduate of Dalhousie Law School (’00).
