Jessica is an associate practicing both commercial litigation and insolvency law. Jessica’s practice covers a wide range of areas including contractual disputes, commercial tenancies, product liability, shareholder disputes in addition to bankruptcy and insolvency advice. She regularly represents her clients before the Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Jessica provides practical, timely and cost effective solutions to each of her clients’ disputes.  She assesses the legal and practical considerations of every case in order to provide a cost effective and timely solution to her clients’ disputes.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jessica completed her J.D. jointly with a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information, and Technoculture (MIT) at the University of Western Ontario. At Western, Jessica participated in various moots, including Lerners Cup, where she was awarded Top Oralist, and the Gale Cup, where her team advanced to the finals. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research, Writing and Advocacy course, and a Research Assistant in the areas of intermediated securities and international tribunals.
